Mark Vigil (second from left) has recently offered his Scherzo Capriccio for Orchestra (played entirely pizzicato) for publication. It has received praise but no contract yet. Here is the recording:
Mark studied composition for 10 years with the late Thomas Svoboda (Czech, US) His website is at http://www.markvigil.com
Vigil’s pieces are strongly influenced by minimalism and Gamelan music. Here one can identify four modulations – one of the techniques that Svoboda helped him to develop.

I was able to hear the modulations. A fun piece!
